AMAA

The organizers of the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) Nigeria 2010, thought about an animated promo for the festival. I did some concept art  sketches for the job using my old Genius tablet, and my friend "Sabry" used it to create a storyboard for the promo. Dr.Ghazala got us this job as he won the best animated short film prize in AMAA last year.

Hide & Seek in Brazil

My graduation project "Hide & Seek" has been screened in more than 300 cities in Brazil on the International Animation Day, 28th October 2010. Thanks again to Dr. Mohamed Ghazala, the head of ASIFA Egypt.

This is another try for Rooster logo contest on crowdspring.com but still no score. rating is the first thing that I liked about this website, without it.. this won't work with me.

Hari Krishna

I got obsessed with this, I did so many contributions in this project on Crowdspring hoping that I can get any score, but it nothing. and eventually.. nobody did!! I guess the project owner is not interested in rating the contributors.

Crowdspring

This is another project on "Crowdspring" it's for a company called "Hari Krishna" that works in diamond cutting business! it's amazing how you can find a big variation of industries here. anyway I didn't score anything. :(

Crowdspring

Crowdspring.com is a website that my brother told me about. it's basically a place to find graphic design jobs, mostly logo and stationary design. the good thing about it is that it's not about bidding the lowest price. the budget for every project is fixed and the participants show their work to be rated by the project owner. it's more like a contest. and you can make more than one contribution to every project. and by seeing everybody's work and rating you have a good way to evaluate your work and make it better.

This is my first contribution, it's a logo for a clothing brand named "Rooster", I scored 4 of 5 stars with this.

These were other contributions for the same project, but with no score.

I did this illustration with my old Genius tablet while I was in the hotel room in "Menia" it is a way to express what I feel around pencils now days.

Robocon International

Robocon local contest was a success. This is the presentation I did for the International contest, the organizers liked it too. we are already printing.

Another Pilot

We didn't get a confirmation for "Kelma x Rasma", but we have an order for a new Show for Ramadan. it's ao similar to "House of tales" that we did last year. actually it's almost the same idea and script. they keep telling me that this will be only for the pilot episode and they will find more stories afterwords. I tried to give the pilot a new style.. but as I predicted, it was rejected.

Another Kids Show

"Colors" was canceled so "Heba" my manager in Maspiro, came up with a new Idea for a new kids show called "Kelma x Rasma". I did this pilot and we are waiting.

Azhary

This is a job I did for a new Channel  called "Azhary" my friend and fellow teacher "Mansour" recommended me to the buyers. it was supposed to be a set of promos for the channel for airing in next Ramadan. but we didn't settle on the financial issues. as you see it is a frame by frame animation, I did it in Flash with my Cintiq.

Port Ghalib

This is the storyboard I did for Port Ghalib Promo, I did it on Photoshop with my Cintiq. it's supposed to be a loop promo that could be used in different ways.

Robocon Local

For the local Robocon contest I did this presentation of the printed package identity design. and the organizers liked it, and we started printing.

As for Port Ghalib Promo job. we decided to make it as a combination of life shooting and animation. as a nice way to present the resort. I did these artworks to convince the owners with the idea.
